We are a boutique leadership advisory firm. Our partners combine deep academic grounding in human performance with first-hand experience leading transformations.

We facilitate leadership through complex transitions. We work with Private Equity portfolio companies, founder-CEO scale-ups, and select Fortune 500 corporates.

Our work is global. We are anchored in London, with offices across New York, Zurich, Nairobi and Dubai - enabling us to operate at the intersection of global capital, emerging markets, and handle multi-geography leadership challenges.
